the riley movement lab

The Riley Philosophy is based on the following:

• The human body is a temporary vehicle which allows us to move and explore the world we live in, therefore a gift.
• The word “body” means whole and that there is no separation between my body and who I am. “I am my body and therefore I am whole”.
• “Life is Movement” & “ We are only as strong as our weakest link”.

These beliefs have lead to my fascination with movement and the human body and as a whole. The process of exploring and discovering the areas of my body which lack mobility has also lead to my fascination with finding the correlation between the emotional blockages in my life and holding patterns in my body. I have concluded that when it comes to my life, more often than not one or the other is rooted in non movement.

The Riley Methodology:

Explores with compassion all the weakest links in the body and builds movement and training programs that address these issues which allow our clients to: re-connect, re-energize,re-tone and re-balance theses areas of non movement in their bodies.

The goal of the Riley Method is to allow our clients to appreciate the capabilities and potential of the human body and subsequently themselves.
