  • A minimum of 4 monthʼs commitment is required for this membership. After that 30 days notice must be given prior to expiration date to cancel your membership or it will be automatically continued on a month to month basis. Clients must finish the 4 month contract to transfer to the 6 month contract.

  • Use a credit card for PAP (pre-authorized payment).
  • This membership is not transferable.
  • * Members with previous 4-6-12 memberships are not eligible to those items.
