ensō hot flow

Our ensō hot flow is a Vinyasa-style class created to heal, detoxify and exhilarate the body and mind by linking the breath with movement. ensō hot flow incorporates creative flow sequences with a strong emphasis on the foundation postures which are designed to help build breath awareness, balance, flexibility and overall strength and endurance in the body’s core.

This class is taught in a heated room between (38 °C / 100 °F) to (39 °C / 102 °F).
This class may be taught with music.

All levels, including beginners, are welcome and will find this class accessible.

ensō hot yin

Our ensō hot yin class is a relaxing practice. Postures are kept simple and emphasis is on targeting all of the meridians (energy lines) of the body. The long holds ensure safe opening of connective tissue (fascia) while stimulating, releasing and calming the body and mind.

This class is taught in a heated room between (38 °C / 100 °F) to (39 °C / 102 °F).
This class may be taught with music.

All levels, including beginners, are welcome and will find this class accessible.

ensō hot barre

Challenge your entire body with exercises designed to chisel and sculpt your muscles while while working your core, stability and posture. Our ensō hot barre class is a non-impact class designed to lengthen and strengthen the entire body through a fusion of Pilates, and ballet. ensō hot barre is highly effective system of exercises which leave you feeling tightened and toned from head to toe.

Limited space available.
Members holding 3,4,6,12 month unlimited memberships will have priority.

This class is taught in a heated room between (38 °C / 100 °F) to (39 °C / 102 °F).

Mat is necessary for class.

ensō hot pilates

A body-conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Pilates mat work is excellent for toning the abdominals, improving posture, flexibility and aligning the body correctly. Pilates also teaches coordination, concentration and control of the body.

The class is taught in a heated room between (38 °C / 100 °F) to (39 °C / 102 °F).
This class may be taught with music.

All levels, including beginners, are welcome and will find this class accessible.

what to bring

  • Yoga mat (rent one from us, if needed)
  • Wear comfortable and loose clothing
  • Clean enviro-friendly canteen/bottle (we provide filtered water)
  • 2 towels (can also be rented, if needed)
  • Try to arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of class and if you can, fill out your waiver form online first.
  • Drink plenty of water before and after class
