ensō hot flow

Our ensō hot flow is a Vinyasa-style class created to heal, detoxify and exhilarate the body and mind by linking the breath with movement. ensō hot flow incorporates creative flow sequences with a strong emphasis on the foundation postures which are designed to help build breath awareness, balance, flexibility and overall strength and endurance in the body’s core.

This class is taught in a heated room between (38 °C / 100 °F) to (39 °C / 102 °F).
This class may be taught with music.

All levels, including beginners, are welcome and will find this class accessible.

ensō hot barre

Challenge your entire body with exercises designed to chisel and sculpt your muscles while while working your core, stability and posture. Our ensō hot barre class is a non-impact class designed to lengthen and strengthen the entire body through a fusion of Pilates, and ballet. ensō hot barre is highly effective system of exercises which leave you feeling tightened and toned from head to toe.

ensō hot yin

Our ensō hot yin class is a relaxing practice. Postures are kept simple and emphasis is on targeting all of the meridians (energy lines) of the body. The long holds ensure safe opening of connective tissue (fascia) while stimulating, releasing and calming the body and mind.

This class is taught in a heated room between (38 °C / 100 °F) to (39 °C / 102 °F).
This class may be taught with music.

ensō hot yang & yin

This class blends the elements of yin & ensō hot flow. The class begins with basic asana to promote circulation and heat and then shifts to deep, long, holding poses to affect the connective tissues of the body, and cultivate a peaceful and meditative mind.

This class is taught in a heated room between (38 °C / 100 °F) to (39 °C / 102 °F).
This class may be taught with music.

ensō hot mat pilates

A body-conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Pilates mat work is excellent for toning the abdominals, improving posture, flexibility and aligning the body correctly. Pilates also teaches coordination, concentration and control of the body.

The class is taught in a heated room between (38 °C / 100 °F) to (39 °C / 102 °F).

ensō hot barre flow

The first 60 minutes of this ensō hot barre flow class will challenge your entire body with exercises designed to chisel and sculpt your muscles while while working your core your stability and posture. A non-impact class designed to lengthen and strengthen the entire body through a fusion of Pilates, and ballet. The second part of this class is a 30 minute yoga flow. The combination of both will leave you feeling tightened and toned from head to toe and mentally centered.

ensō hot power flow

Our ensō hot power flow combines the principles of our ensō flow class. This class also has a strong emphasis on the foundation postures. The creative flow sequences are also designed to help build breath awareness, balance, flexibility and overall strength and endurance in the body’s core.

The major differences of our ensō hot power flow are:
Class length: 90 minutes

Pace: This class is always moving and is set at a quicker pace than our ensō hot flow class.

This class is taught in a heated room between (38 °C / 100 °F) to (39 °C / 102 °F).
This class may be taught with music.

All levels are welcome and beginners might find it difficult.


ensō beginner yoga workshop

New to yoga and don’t know where to begin? We know that trying something new can be daunting which is why we created the beginner yoga workshop.

The workshop is one class per week for 4 weeks and is the ultimate introduction to yoga. 

We believe everyone needs to start at the beginning and that yoga can be enjoyed by anyone! Each week will build upon the last, offering a safe and comfortable space for you to build a solid foundation and starting point for your yoga practice. Our beginner yoga workshop is for anyone looking to experience the benefits of yoga or even just to see what yoga is all about. This workshop-style environment will introduce the basic techniques and key principles of yoga.


Duration: 4 weeks, 1 class per week

what to bring

  • Yoga mat (rent one from us, if needed)
  • Wear comfortable and loose clothing
  • Clean enviro-friendly canteen/bottle (we provide filtered water)
  • 2 towels (can also be rented, if needed)
  • Try to arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of class and if you can, fill out your waiver form online first.
  • Drink plenty of water before and after class
